Our Areas of Expertise

Women’s Mental Health

We offer a calm, nurturing space for women navigating the emotional, physical, and identity shifts that accompany different stages of life. Our work includes support for pre-conception, pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenting, as well as broader concerns such as burnout, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions.

We approach women’s mental health through a relational, body-aware lens that honours lived experience, nervous system regulation, and the social contexts that shape wellbeing. Care is collaborative, gentle, and responsive to what you need in this season of life.

Neurodivergent Assessments

Our neurodivergent-affirming assessments are designed to support adolescents and adults seeking clarity around ADHD, Autism, and related experiences. We understand that neurodivergence can present differently across genders, cultures, and life stages, and that many individuals — particularly women and those from marginalized communities — have been overlooked or misunderstood within traditional assessment models.

Our assessment process is thoughtful, strengths-based, and person-centred. We prioritize understanding your lived experience, offering clarity that supports self-understanding, self-advocacy, and access to appropriate supports.

Adolescent Therapy

Adolescence is a time of rapid change, identity exploration, and emotional intensity. We offer supportive therapy for adolescents navigating anxiety, mood concerns, neurodivergence, school stress, identity questions, and life transitions.

Our approach centres on safety, trust, and relationship, meeting young people with respect for their autonomy while also engaging caregivers in ways that support the broader systems around them. Therapy is paced carefully, creating space for adolescents to feel heard, supported, and understood as they grow into themselves.

Consultations are not therapy sessions, but a gentle opportunity to connect before deciding whether to move forward. This time can be used to ask questions, learn more about a therapist’s approach, and explore whether their experience aligns with your needs. Most importantly, it’s a chance to notice how you feel — whether you sense safety, ease, and the possibility of working together.
