Adolescent Therapy
Supporting Adolescents Through Growth, Change, and Identity
Adolescence is a time of rapid emotional, physical, and social change. Many young people are navigating identity, relationships, school pressures, neurodivergence, and emerging independence — often while carrying expectations that feel overwhelming or hard to name.
At Everwell Psychology, we offer adolescent therapy that is grounded in safety, respect, and relationship. We create spaces where young people are met as whole individuals, not problems to be fixed, and where their experiences are taken seriously.
What Therapy Can Look Like
Therapy with adolescents at Everwell is collaborative and paced with intention. We focus on building trust and safety first, recognizing that meaningful work grows through relationship.
Sessions may include:
Periodic caregiver check-ins depending on the adolescent’s age and consent
Collaborative goal-setting
Support around communication and understanding
Clear conversations about confidentiality and its limits
Working With Caregivers
We value the role of caregivers in an adolescent’s life and approach involvement with transparency and respect.
Our intention is to support the adolescent while also strengthening the systems around them.
What to Expect
We work together to clarify goals, adjust pacing, and revisit what feels helpful over time. Therapy is not about forcing change, but about creating conditions where growth, regulation, and understanding can emerge naturally.
Care is offered with intention, curiosity, and respect for each adolescent’s lived experience.
A Supportive Space to Be Yourself
Adolescence can be complex and beautiful - no one should have to navigate it alone. At Everwell Psychology, we are committed to offering adolescents a space where they feel safe to explore, express, and grow into themselves with care.
A complimentary consultation offers a gentle way for caregivers and adolescents to ask questions and explore whether therapy feels like the right fit.
