At Everwell Psychology, we believe that healthy clinicians create meaningful care. We are intentional about how we practice, how we work together, and how we show up for clients, for each other, and for the communities we serve.

We are building a practice grounded in:

  • decolonial and person-centred care

  • the understanding that wellbeing is relational, contextual, and shaped by place, history, and lived experience.

  • doing this work in a good way by moving with humility, integrity, and care, not only in our clinical work, but in how we build our team.

At Everwell, you are not expected to fit into rigid colonial systems. Instead, we aim to create a professional virtual home where clinicians feel supported, respected, and able to practice in ways that align with their values.

Join Our Team

At Everwell Psychology, we believe that clients become everwell when therapists are everwell.

Our team culture is grounded in care, reflection, and mutual respect, where collaboration, accountability, and doing our work in a good way guide how we support one another.

Who We’re Looking For

A bright, minimalist indoor space with white painted brick wall, light wood floors, a yellow office chair, and indoor plants near two large windows.

We’re seeking clinicians who feel drawn to therapeutic work that is thoughtful, relational, and grounded in respect for diverse ways of knowing and being. You may be a good fit if you:

  • Are a Registered Psychologist, Registered Psychotherapist, or Registered Provisional Psychologist in good standing with your regulatory body

  • Practice from a person-centred, trauma-informed, and neurodivergent-affirming lens

  • Are reflective about your own positionality/privilege, power, context, and the impacts of colonial systems on mental health

  • Value collaboration, mentorship, and shared learning over hierarchy or competition

  • Are interested in contributing to a practice that centres care, accountability, and relationship

We welcome clinicians whose interests align with Everwell’s focus areas, including Northern mental wellness, women’s and perinatal mental health, trauma and intergenerational healing, and body-positive or mindfulness-informed care.

Our Approach to Working Together

At Everwell, we believe that how we work matters just as much as the work itself. Our team culture is built around:

  • Practicing with cultural humility and ongoing reflection

  • Supporting one another through consultation, mentorship, and shared care

  • Creating space for clinicians to grow at their own pace

  • Holding ethical boundaries with compassion and clarity

We believe that being well as clinicians allows us to offer steadier, more ethical, and more grounded care to those we serve.

What You Can Expect

As part of Everwell Psychology, you can expect:

  • A values-aligned practice rooted in decolonial and person-centred principles

  • Supportive consultation and opportunities for connection with peers

  • Flexibility that honours life beyond work

  • Autonomy within a shared framework of care and accountability

  • Administrative support that allows you to focus on clinical work

  • Referrals that align with your interests and scope of practice

We aim to reduce the pressures often placed on clinicians within traditional systems, making space for sustainability, reflection, and meaningful work.
